SpaceTidyNow performs all file scanning and cleaning tasks locally on your device. We do not access, upload, or store your personal files or media on any external servers.

However, for analytics and performance monitoring, we may use third-party services that collect limited technical information such as:

• Device model, operating system version, and app usage metrics
• Crash reports and diagnostics

These services may include:

• Firebase (Google LLC) – for analytics, performance tracking, and crash reporting
• Attribution Platforms – to measure app installs and marketing performance
• Data Analytics Providers – to help us understand usage trends and improve functionality

Each third-party service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Opting out may limit our ability to understand app performance, but core features will continue to function.

6. Data Retention

We retain limited analytics data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. In general:

• Diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days.
• Aggregated usage statistics (non-identifiable) may be kept for internal improvement indefinitely.

Once data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Sharing

We may share limited technical or aggregated data with third-party providers solely for analytics, crash diagnostics, and attribution measurement.

We do not share your identifiable personal data with advertisers or marketing networks.

8. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your information based on:

• Performance of a Contract: To provide and maintain app functions.
• Legitimate Interests: For improving the app and ensuring service reliability.

SpaceTidyNow is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
